The Crystal Showcase: Front of House 

The entrance was defined by a stunning crystal 5x5m structure, designed to instantly elevate the red-carpet experience:

Architectural Centerpiece: The transparent 5x5m was strategically placed at the entrance and positioned directly over the awards logo. Its clear, polished appearance made the 5x5m the immediate centerpiece of the arrival area.

Visual Impact: The fully transparent design created an elegant, jewel-like effect that framed the event branding beautifully, instantly giving a nice look to the entrance and setting a sophisticated tone for the night.

Functional Space:

A robust 10x10m structure was strategically used at the back of the house, away from the guest areas.

Crucial Coverage: Its primary function was to provide crucial shade and cover for an area used by staff and vendors. This large, protected space was vital as it was utilized for multiple reasons, including temporary storage, vendor marshalling, crew breaks, and equipment staging.

By deploying these two structures—one for crystal-clear visual impact and one for essential logistics—we ensured both the guest experience and the event operations for the WOW Awards 2025 were executed flawlessly.
